All of our products are made from start to finish at our plant. We mold our own legs and frames. Our legs are made of 20 ply of 1/12 hardwood veneer and our back legs consist of 14 ply of 1/8 hardwood veneer. The weight capacity is 225 pounds.

We have found that this makes a very strong leg. We mould our frame parts out of 9 ply of 1/8 hardwood veneer which is then glued and double doweled.

Our color process consists of two steps which have four coats of color and sealer which provides a durable finish. Each chair is complete and assembled when boxed. The only thing needed when Opened is to remove the bag and pad from around the legs and your chair is ready to use.

Our button chairs are all hand tufted using threaded nails and metal washers which keeps the buttons in place not having loose buttons or loss of buttons. All of our chairs come complete and ready to use and have a one year warranty of manufacture defect.
