Open Workstations
Low-panel workstations with white work surfaces, file pedestals and mesh task chairs fill the main floor. The low panels keep the space open and bright while still giving each person a defined work area and storage close at hand.
Conference Rooms and Private Office
One conference room seats about a dozen people at a long white table with white high-back chairs. A second room adds a wall-mounted display and a view of the city, so the team can present, video call or meet with partners.
The private office has a desk with dual monitors and a round table for small meetings, giving a director or manager space to work and meet in the same room.
Break Room
Yellow chairs and bar-height seating make the break room easy to use, whether staff are sitting down for lunch or grabbing a quick coffee between meetings.

Nonprofit Office Furniture FAQ
What furniture does a nonprofit office need?
Most nonprofits need open workstations for staff, at least one conference room for board and partner meetings, a private office for leadership and a break room. In this Orlando project that meant low-panel workstations with file pedestals, two conference rooms, a private office with a meeting table, and break room table and bar-height seating.
